Do i get same design and color as in image?

REPLY:

In general,Color and design depend upon stock availability on dispatch date.

Color shades in general varies between photo and real due to light effects.

Say if it is hand painted image on wall hangings, we will deliver same design as you have ordered.

Say if it is palm leave box or sling bags etc, color, design will vary based on stock.

You may get in touch with admin for further queries.

I did not receive my products. What to do?

Please contact admin in whatsup.

Kindly wait until dispatch days shared to you to process production.

In general courier tracking details are shared to customers after dispatch + 1 ~2 working date.

You kindly track online to know exact status of courier days to reach you.

QUERY:

Courier got returned back to sender. What to do? Do i get refund or product again?

REPLY:

Kindly update admin about the same. We will check about why it got returned.

–> If returned due to non-availability of courier service as you did not mention about restricted courier services. Then we will resend products again with second time courier charges paid by you. (Please mention about restricted courier services to your address during order confirmation to avoid this unnecessary second time courier charges. We value your money/time always.)
